Just closing new deals and earning big.

What You’ll Do (100% New Business)
* Generate new revenue: Proactively target and win brand-new B2B customers.
* Hunt for opportunities: Use outbound prospecting, networking, and market insight to build your own pipeline.
* Lead the full sales cycle: Identify pain points, scope requirements, pitch solutions, negotiate, and close.
* Smash targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly new business goals.
* Maintain CRM accuracy: Keep your pipeline organised and up to date for full visibility.
No existing customer management, renewals, or account servicing—this role is for true hunters only.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven success in new business sales or B2B lead generation.
* Confident communicator and persuasive negotiator.
* Highly driven, proactive, resilient, and target-focused.
* Organised and able to deliver at pace.
* Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Driving licence & own vehicle (required).
* Willingness to travel (up to 75%).
