Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the litigation team.
* Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles.
* Manage diaries, appointments, and deadlines, ensuring all critical dates are met.
* Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties in a professional and confidential manner.
* Assist with case management and maintain accurate records and files.
* Ensure compliance with firm procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a legal secretary, preferably within a litigation setting.
* Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management systems.
