About the RoleTo support account, contract management and Bid Management functions across tender and lifecycle for the company. Deputise for the Commercial Managers in their absence within the EMEA region and Bid Management.The role includes:Aftermarket Support - Quotes, applications, invoicing, shipping documents, warranty, reporting, proceduresTender Support (data coordination, document prep, bid calendar tracking, CRM update)ResponsibilitiesTimely effective aftermarket management including:Weekly customer quoting, invoicing and cash receiptAccuracy of Quotes and Sales LogCompliance with the production of quality estimatesQuality of reporting and review of data sources and data extractionProper management of bid-related documentationTimely update of bidding stages in CRM and relevant trackersFormatting and structuring of proposal deliverables as requestedQualificationsRelevant experience to deliver effective commercial management processes and financial reporting3-5 years’ experience with demonstrated ability to perform commercial functionsSuccessfully completed industrial training or university studies1 – 2 years’ Work experience with comparable activitiesRequired SkillsData analysis, problem solving / decision making skillsStrong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsExperience producing or formatting structured documents for commercial, financial, or reporting purposesPreferred SkillsProficient in MS Office and ERP systemsProficient in customer management systems as requiredConfident use of Excel functions and formulas; able to manage and design Pivot TablesComfortable updating web-based databases (e.g. CRM systems) and structured trackersFluent in German language (Desired but not essential)Harsco is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees and applicants.
