Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant - Uxbridge Primary School - Start ASAP

Your Role As An SEN Teaching Assistant
As a Teaching Assistant in this Uxbridge primary school, your main responsibilities will include:
* Delivering tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with MLD, and occasionally ASD or SLD.
* Helping pupils to access a modified curriculum and meet their EHCP targets.
* Using visual aids, structured routines, and positive reinforcement strategies to aid learning and behaviour.
* Supporting with occasional personal care needs.
* Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
About You - SEN Teaching Assistant
We're looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant who:
* Has several years of experience working in a dedicated SEN setting - ideally with MLD and ASD as a primary need.
* Demonstrates excellent communication skills, empathy, and resilience.
* Can confidently use strategies tailored to ASD, MLD, and SLD needs.
* Is calm, patient, and passionate about inclusive education.
