The Role
As our Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and delivering exceptional MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and high-end social events from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up
* Lead the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, private events, and social functions
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, F&B, Rooms Division, and external partners
* Ensure every event reflects the highest standards of luxury, creativity, and attention to detail
* Drive client satisfaction and repeat business through relationship management and service excellence
* Contribute to revenue growth through upselling opportunities and strategic planning
Qualifications
* You are an ambitious, polished, and proactive professional with a natural flair for luxury service and exceptional organisational skills
You will bring
* Experience in planning and executing MICE and/or high-end social events, preferably in a luxury setting
* Impeccable presentation and communication skills
* Confidence dealing with high-profile and international clients
* A strong sense of initiative, ownership, and creative problem-solving
* A client-focused mindset with unwavering attention to detail
* The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
* Experience working for a global hospitality brand is a strong advantage
