We are seeking a dedicated Band 2 Administrator to join Cambridge University Hospitals on a temporary basis, helping to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting services by booking patients into clinics, managing referrals, and providing essential administrative support to clinical teams. Key Responsibilities: Book patients into clinics accurately and efficiently. Manage incoming referrals and update patient records using hospital systems. Provide general administrative support to clinical and managerial staff. Handle telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to NHS information governance standards. Essential Qualifications: We are looking for an administrator with: Previous administrative experience (NHS experience desirable). Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good IT skills, including confidence using patient record systems. EPR experience is desirable but not essential. Right to work in the UK.
