Key duties
* Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
* Medication administration
* Assisting and getting involved in residents\' daily activities, hobbies or outings
* Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
* Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
* Maintaining written daily records
* Attending and completing training, as required
Personal Attributes Being patient, reliable, flexible, a team player and a good communicator are key characteristics of a successful Social Care Worker.

Where will you work?
Appletrees is a large, detached country house supporting up to eight men and women with moderate to severe learning disabilities and related complex needs. The property is in Upper Bucklebury, six miles from Newbury town centre. The home includes Treetops, a day services centre, and two vehicles for local travel. There are regular meals out, monthly club nights and weekly music.
