Job Description
As a key member of the Ports, Coastal and Offshore (PCO) team you will influence the success of maritime projects. Your role includes:
* Leading specialist and multi‑disciplinary teams across the project life‑cycle.
* Conducting economic and feasibility assessments, coastal process, metocean and hydrodynamic investigations, detailed design and construction documentation.
* Managing project aspects such as resourcing, programming, commercial and contract matters, risk and quality.
* Preparing tender documents, specifications, BOQs and construction drawings, and managing the tender process to contract award.
* Supporting new business development initiatives and tender submissions.
Candidate Specification
We are looking for an industry‑recognised professional who can demonstrate:
* Experience delivering coastal engineering projects using innovative and digitally‑driven techniques.
* Strong project management skills, comfortable networking and collaborating with multi‑disciplinary teams.
* Excellent written communication, ability to produce reports and deliver presentations.
* Knowledge of different contract forms and procurement process.
You Will Also Demonstrate The Following
* A Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical equivalent.
* Chartered status with a relevant professional institution such as ICE, IStructE, CIWEM or equivalent.
* Experience in business development, including client liaison and bid preparation.
* Willingness to travel overseas for project assignments when required.
