Description Salary: £56,344 - £58,582 (Inclusive of 7.5% Market Supplement) Hours per week: 37 hours Interview date: Week Commencing Monday 16 February 2026 Whole Life Pathways - Supporting Mental Health Are you driven by a commitment to improving lives and creating seamless, person-centred care? We are looking for a compassionate and experienced leader to manage our Mental Health Social Work service in Wiltshire. Our service supports people of all ages who meet the threshold for secondary mental health care, including children, adults with learning disabilities, and older people. We work closely with health partners and other agencies to provide integrated, high-quality social care interventions that make a real difference. As Team Manager, you will lead a locality team, providing supervision, guidance, and operational oversight. You will ensure safe and effective responses to risk and crisis situations, manage budgets responsibly, and drive continuous improvement. Your leadership will help shape evidence-based practice and create a culture of collaboration and innovation. We are looking for someone with a recognised Social Work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and substantial experience in mental health or adult care. Strong leadership skills, knowledge of relevant legislation, and the ability to work across agency boundaries are essential. This position comes with a 7.5% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
