We are dedicated to providing high-quality training and development solutions to empower individuals and organisations to reach their full potential. We are a well established and growing training provider delivering high quality DFE funded provision in apprenticeships, study programmes and adult funding. We are now seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead day to day operations and drive sustainable growth and ensure excellent quality assurance whilst managing a senior management team, finances, risk and governance. Report to the board with clear KPIs and accountability. Protect our reputation whilst been fully responsible for performance, quality, compliance and outcomes. Must be confident leading the team through change and growth. Must have Ofsted experience in a lead role and experience of DFE audits.
Role Description - Must have proven senior leadership experience in Education, training and skills.
