Overview
Warehouse Operative – 7 Steel UK, Cardiff
(4 on/4 off shifts, Days and Nights)
Salary: £27,500 rising to £28,700 after successful completion of 6‑month probation (including shift supplement); incremental salary increase up to £31,400 based on demonstrated technical ability at 7 Steel UK.
Role summary: You don’t need previous experience, but you should be eager to develop and learn new skills. You’ll receive all the training needed to succeed in the role.
Responsibilities: You may have experience in warehousing or manufacturing, but the key attributes are a strong work ethic and good awareness of health and safety. As part of the Warehouse team, you’ll be responsible for operating forklift trucks, storing and labelling our steel, and ensuring it is safely collected by the correct lorries.
Requirements: This role requires a Standard UK Driving Licence.
