Overview We are recruiting for an experienced and proactive Sales Administration Manager to oversee the company’s sales order and customer service functions. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the full sales order lifecycle, warranty and remedial processes, and driving operational improvements across the business. Working closely with Production, Planning, and wider management teams, you will ensure customer requirements are delivered efficiently while continually improving processes, performance, and service standards.
