Key Responsibilities
* Responsibility for commercial combustion, heating and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded
* Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and related tasks
* Provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota
* Maintain the cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops, and storage areas
* Undertake new installations, major and minor repair works to clients gas/heating systems
* Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant including basic electrical fault finding
* Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met
* Ensure that all gas/heating equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Experience with completing PPMs and some small replacements
* Willing to complete general building maintenance
* Commercial Gas Tickets
* Domestic Gas Tickets
* NVQ or C&G in Plumbing
