- Full-time role
- November 2025 start date

We are looking to appoint a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant, commencing immediately after October half-term.
We are a 'Good' primary school who are proud to provide a creative, diverse, and inclusive learning environment where children feel inspired and supported to learn to the best of their ability. Having secured a role in this school, you would be welcomed by an experienced and friendly team who are happy to help any new practitioner settle in. The Head Teacher, whom I have been contacted by, is approachable and highly regarded amongst staff and governors.
In this role, you would be required to:
* Assist the class teacher with the delivery of lessons
* Work across both classes (approx. 28 pupils) to encourage a positive attitude to learning
* Assist in the management of behaviour
* Work with children on a 1:1 basis to provide extra support where needed, specifically targeting phonics, maths, reading, and writing abilities
High standards of behaviour are of paramount importance across the school; therefore, the successful candidate must be confident in following the school’s behavioural policy. Experience within an EYFS setting is essential, as are relevant qualifications. The individual appointed must have an in-depth knowledge of the Early Years Framework and be passionate about education.
