We are looking for a reliable and capable team member to join our busy seasonal bike hire business.
This is an active and varied role. You won’t just be preparing bikes in the shop — you will be delivering bikes and attending breakdown call-outs using the company van.
?? Key Responsibilities:
Advising customers on bike suitability and local routes
Preparing hire bikes (cleaning, safety checks, basic maintenance)
Managing bookings using our online system
Delivering and collecting bikes using the company van
Attending breakdown call-outs independently when required
Ensuring all bikes are safe, well-presented and ready for hire
