Housing Disrepair Solicitor/Litigation Executive
Specialist, modern and dynamic law firm in the heart of Liverpool are enjoying considerable success. They are looking to add a confident and experienced Litigator (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Litigation Executive) to further embellish their long established Housing Disrepair team.
The role will see you working alongside the Solicitors and Partners on a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims, which you will manage from instruction to trial. You'll be a confident litigator, experienced in handling your own litigated caseload and have seen a claim through from instruction to settlement/trial many times. It is essential that you are a confident litigator and have sound knowledge and understanding of the litigation process. The firm are industry recognized across Merseyside for their high quality work and providing an outstanding service to their clients.
