As part of their growth, they are looking for credible sales professionals to work either with clients or advertising agencies.
What They're Looking For:
* Proven experience selling to business marketing teams within the UK and/or EMEA.
* Strong understanding of B2B marketing and advertising.
* Established relationships with senior stakeholders at enterprise and mid-tier client accounts.
* Track record of closing complex, high-value deals and driving consistent revenue growth.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a focus on results.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
What you need to be successful
* Proactive hunter mentality who can hit the ground running in prospecting for new business.
* Identify and target high-value accounts, presenting them with tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
* Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including cross-selling and upselling additional products or services.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors, ensuring the sales strategy is adaptable and clients are well-served.
* Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients, effectively communicating the value of the products or services.
* Lead negotiations to close deals that benefit both the client and the company, ensuring all terms and agreements are clearly defined.
* Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and provide feedback on client needs or industry trends.
* Track sales performance, client interactions, and market feedback while providing detailed reports to management for strategic decisions.
