Finance Manager required for a charity going through some exciting change.
Are you a finance leader ready to make a real impact in the charity sector? I am looking for a Finance Manager to lead the team and ensure top-notch financial reporting and forecasting. If you thrive in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment and have a passion for supporting a team, this is your opportunity to shine!
What You'll Do:
* Lead and mentor a small finance team to deliver accurate, timely financial reports and forecasts.
* Manage budgeting, year-end processes, and ensure VAT and compliance standards are met.
* Provide strategic financial insights and support for fundraising, bids, and tenders.
* Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to drive financial success.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in financial management and reporting, ideally within the charity sector.
* Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.
* Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis abilities.
* Ability to make complex financials easy to understand and actionable for all stakeholders.
* Ideally part qualified
