Role Overview
We are offering a long-term internship opportunity in Corporate Law for motivated and detail-oriented candidates. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in key areas of corporate legal practice and is set to commence in August 2025.
Responsibilities
* Conduct legal research on corporate, securities, and contract laws
* Draft and review commercial contracts and agreements
* Support legal due diligence processes
* Contribute to legal articles and publications
* Assist in client negotiations and documentation
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or completed an undergraduate degree in law
* Strong understanding of legal drafting and documentation
* Excellent research and analytical skills
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Prior experience or interest in corporate law is an advantage
Note: A stipend may be offered in accordance with industry standards.
