Overview & Purpose:
Join our dynamic team at our Gaming Client where you will play a pivotal role in shaping, driving, and delivering exceptional gaming operational excellence.
As Head of Gaming Operations, you will be responsible for managing daily activities within a casino or gaming establishment.
This includes working closely with our Exco team to ensure seamless & efficient integration across multi-functional departments and business initiatives.
This high-energy position is ideal for an online casino & iGaming industry leader, a strategic thinker, with the vision to shape an organization towards operational excellence. A hands-on, results-oriented leader who fosters cross-functional collaboration and optimizes processes to deliver results in a fast-paced & growing environment. This role will work closely with our Exco team to drive business initiatives and strategies that promote growth, efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Strategies:
2. Define operational strategies, structures, and processes to optimize efficiency and enhance user & business experiences.
3. Create cohesive strategies for online gaming technology operations.
4. Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
5. Lead the development of long-term operational plans aligned with company objectives.
6. Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
1. Product, Brand & Marketing Operations Management:
2. Collaborate with CPO & Product teams to support product roadmaps and prioritize projects.
3. Manage adoption and optimization of technology solutions for seamless digital operations.
4. Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and programs.
5. Guide marketing and brand teams to meet strategic and operational goals.
6. Partner with Retentions, Marketing, Affiliate & VIP teams to enhance customer experience and service, aiming to improve resolution times and NPS.
7. Oversee IT operations, asset management, and advise on IT solutions.
1. Quality Control and Operational Excellence:
2. Ensure efficient and compliant gaming operations, including technology platform performance.
3. Work with CFO and Head of Payments to improve user experience and financial metrics.
1. Casino & iGaming Operational Compliance:
2. Coordinate with CLO, Legal, Fraud & Risk to ensure compliance across territories.
3. Maintain adherence to all regulatory standards.
1. Strategic Planning:
2. Define and execute strategic objectives in collaboration with the Executive Committee.
3. Develop short and long-term operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
1. Process Innovation and Optimization:
2. Standardize and improve business processes for efficiency.
3. Update documentation and training materials regularly.
4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
5. Lead cross-departmental issue resolution to maintain operational continuity.
1. IT/Data Security & Compliance:
2. Work with CLO & Compliance teams to ensure data protection, KYC, and legal compliance.
