Description We are looking for a driven and strategic Product Manager to lead in-market product promotion and marketing initiatives across the EMEAI region. This role will play a key part in accelerating product adoption, strengthening customer engagement, and driving commercial performance. You will partner closely with Commercial, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams to deliver impactful programmes that resonate with surgeons, optometrists, and patients. What will you do? • Develop and execute regional marketing plans, including promotional materials (brochures, digital, video, web), advertising strategy, media placement, and country-specific pricing strategies, while managing budgets and tracking performance metrics to drive adoption and account penetration • Lead market development initiatives by implementing practice development programmes, enhancing clinical adoption tools, advancing patient and consumer education, and partnering with field teams to address access and reimbursement barriers and execute targeted direct-to-consumer strategies • Drive optometric engagement through targeted programmes, educational initiatives, performance tracking, and relationship-building with key optometric opinion leaders • Build and maintain strong KOL relationships (OD & MD), ensuring aligned communication across podium, publications, and peer-to-peer channels, while collaborating on market insights and representing the organisation at congresses and in the field • Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and external vendors to support trade publications, podium and peer-reviewed presence, consistent messaging, speaker training, and PR activities How will you get there? • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or Marketing (MBA or advanced degree preferred) • 8 years of experience in marketing or commercial roles, including 5 years within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry • Experience in ophthalmology (surgical or pharmaceutical) strongly preferred • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive adoption and growth across regional or global markets • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Demonstrated success in building relationships with KOLs and cross-functional partners • Solid understanding of the healthcare ecosystem (commercial, clinical, regulatory) • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, international environment GKOSEMEAI GKOSINTERNATIONAL
