We are seeking a highly organised and proactive CRM Specialist to join our Business Development team. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in keeping things organised, this could be the role for you. You will have complete ownership of our HubSpot CRM system across the group as well as generating opportunities, managing data, tracking leads and making data-driven decisions. You will be instrumental in maintaining the systems, processes, and communication that underpin our commercial success. Key Responsibilities: Complete management of our sales pipeline and lead generation activities in HubSpot. Add, validate and monitor new leads against set criteria. Thinking outside the box to identify opportunities to feed our sales pipeline. Supporting the Senior Business Development Manager with the coordination of key activities including monthly BD commissions, internal meeting scheduling, document management, and support for internal campaigns. Working closely with our Business Intelligence Director, to produce and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and briefing materials to track performance, support meetings, and drive data-informed decisions. Be the company champion for all things HubSpot. Skills & Experience 2 years experience with HubSpot, with the confidence to act as a system lead. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability. Strong time management and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills.
