HR Advisor Operations (6 month FTC)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join a dynamic and collaborative HR Operations team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving positive employee experiences and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle — from onboarding through to offboarding — with a strong focus on compliance, consistency, and employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle and contribute to wider HR projects.
2. Manage employment offers, pre-employment screening, onboarding, and induction processes.
3. Draft HR documentation, including contract changes, probation reviews, sickness, family leave, performance issues, and disciplinary matters.
4. Maintain accurate HR system records for payroll and reporting purposes.
5. Conduct exit interviews, analyse trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
6. Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
7. Support the implementation and consistent application of HR policies across the business.
