What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver comprehensive nursing care across various hospital departments
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Support patient education and discharge planning
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives

* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

Details of appointment
Fixed term, casual, shift worker (fully rotational) position working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible for approximately 24 months. Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary
$78,179 to $105,995 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
* Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.
Access to the Grade 4 salary range $99,455-$105,995 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4.
In addition, the following allowances may be available, calculated on the salaried incremental point:
* Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type
* Salary packaging options including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible
* Remote and Rural Professional Development Allowance of an additional salary allowance of 4%
