Service Care Solutions are working in direct partnership with a well-established and growing legal firm in Stirling, who are looking to add a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to their dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
* Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
* Carrying out title checks and reporting on title
* Handling property registrations and liaising with HM Land Registry
* Communicating with clients, lenders, estate agents, and solicitors throughout the transaction
* Supporting solicitors and partners on complex residential and portfolio matters
The ideal candidate:
* Has strong experience in residential conveyancing
* Is confident working independently and collaboratively in a team
* Brings enthusiasm and professionalism to a growing department
