Your new role As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll provide valuable analysis and reporting to help the business spot risks and opportunities, while supporting managers with confident decision-making. You’ll take ownership of preparing and presenting budgets and forecasts, ensuring they are accurate and reliable, and work closely with different areas of the business to guide performance. Play a key role in the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and providing clear variance analysis. Partner with business managers to prepare and present budgets and forecasts, helping shape future plans. Provide insightful reporting on overhead spend, developing systems to track and control costs while identifying efficiencies. Support the wider business strategy by offering advice and information that helps managers make confident decisions. Build strong relationships across the organisation and act as a trusted advisor. Contribute to the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring they are effective and sustainable as the business grows What you'll need to succeed A confident communicator who can explain financial information in a clear, engaging way. Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel and excellent presentation abilities. A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or QBE). A personable approach, collaborative, and motivated to add value beyond the numbers.
