This full-time (35 hours), permanent role is based at the Cardiff, offering a salary of £24,638–£25,709. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting learners to develop their skills while working towards their Assessor qualification. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality training, visit learners in the workplace to carry out assessments, and play a key role in supporting positive learner outcomes while upholding the organisation’s quality standards. Duties Deliver engaging training sessions and workplace assessments to assigned learners. Develop and maintain Individual Learning Plans (ILPs). Reference, assess and mark learner evidence against qualification requirements. Maintain accurate attendance, progress and audit records. Facilitate tests and support day-release training where required. Ensure compliance with Award Body regulations and internal quality processes. Build strong relationships with employers and identify potential opportunities. Collaborate with colleagues to develop training materials and improve delivery.
