ChampionX is seeking a driven Account Manager/District Sales Representative to join our team in Aberdeen. The role involves working with chemical management systems, applying best practices to meet customer and contract needs, and communicating progress and improvements within the sales team. You will deliver customer-facing solutions that increase revenue and reduce total operational costs. The position requires time split between the ChampionX office, customer office, and operational sites (onshore/offshore).

What You Will Do:
* Participate actively in the company safety culture
* Assist in account management activities with the team
* Monitor and maintain field inventories of chemicals and equipment
* Collect samples and perform basic lab analyses
* Gain offshore experience in chemistry trials and projects
* Engage in chemical selection, application, and performance monitoring
* Produce and present technical reports for customers
* Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues
* Work with your manager to understand business needs and suggest improvements
* Build relationships with key stakeholders
* Perform system analysis, interpret data, and recommend solutions
* Participate in sales campaigns at the corporate and district levels
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science
* Strong relationship-building skills across organizational levels
* Ability to work independently and in teams
* Positive work ethic and attitude
Physical Demands:
* Ability to work in offshore environments
