 
        
        NICE is looking for a high-impact Presales Solutions Engineer to lead strategic client engagements and drive adoption of the NICE Proactive AI Agent. A cutting‑edge, anticipatory AI solution that redefines customer experience through intelligent, automated, and timely outreach. This is a client-facing, consultative role at the heart of EMEA go‑to‑market execution. You'll partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to shape solution narratives, deliver compelling business cases, and position NICE as the trusted advisor in proactive customer engagement.
Responsibilities
 * Lead strategic discovery sessions with prospects and clients to map business needs to AI‑led solutions.
 * Deliver high‑impact product demos, tailored use cases, and commercial ROI models aligned to executive priorities.
 * Support solution design and technical documentation with precision and pace.
 * Own and drive Proof of Values activities to validate value and accelerate deal closure.
 * Present confidently at C‑level meetings, conferences, and industry events as a trusted subject‑matter expert.
 * Collaborate across NICE teams to shape sales strategies, messaging, and regional GTM alignment.
 * Mentor internal teams and partners on how to position and sell the NICE Proactive AI Agent effectively.
Qualifications
 * Strong presales or consulting background in contact center, operational, or business transformation. In client‑facing roles.
 * Proven ability to translate complex technology into strategic business value.
 * Experience with AI solutions, preferable if you are already familiar with the NICE Proactive AI Agent product.
 * Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
 * Commercial acumen to build and present business cases and ROI models.
 * Flexible, collaborative, and comfortable operating across multiple markets and cultures.
 * Fluent in English; additional European languages (Dutch, German, or French) are an advantage.
 * Willingness to travel and a valid driving license.
