As Head of Outbound, you will predominantly lead the outbound department to ensure the operational performance meets all internal business targets and clients expectations. This is a full time, permanent position predominately working Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00 till 17:00. With this being a 24/7 operation, we do ask for some flexibility, this is logistics after all! What youll do on a typical day: Establish a positive working relationship with all functions. Ensure that the customers needs are fully understood and translated into effective operational plans Deliver end to end service within the outbound function Overall accountability for operational performance against KPIs Responsible for setting, managing budgets for area of responsibility.
