B&G Energy is a growing electrical contracting business based in Armagh. We deliver high-quality electrical solutions across commercial and industrial projects. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Office Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business.
Role Overview
This is a full-time office-based role, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our business. You’ll be the central point of contact for managing labour organisation, project cost management, scheduling, and ensuring the smooth running of our projects and office activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule labour across multiple projects.
* Assist with project cost management, budgeting, and reporting.
* Support the management team with day-to-day operations.
* Maintain accurate records, project documentation, and reports.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Help streamline processes and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in construction/electrical/administration or operations management (preferred).
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
