Main Duties and Responsibilities
To lead in the delivery of sports sessions based around Oxfordshire. Primarily working in Primary Schools via PE lessons and after school clubs. Day, evening and weekend work also potentially available.
To work with the coaching team to assist in the development of youths across Oxfordshire.
To Consistently deliver professional coaching sessions to an exceptional standard as part of WR Sports' Ethos.
To be flexible with work times and sessions carried out.
To work in the office delivering our admin duties and hit targets (KPIs)
To feedback on delivery and player progression via reports termly.
To attend termly CPD events

Job Type: Contracted hours. This could be term time only or full time all year round role.
Required experience:
Sports coaching: 2 Years (18 Months Minimum Accepted)
Working in schools: 2 Years (18 Months Minimum Accepted)
Required licence or certification:
Driving licence (Must have access to a car to get around Oxfordshire)
NGB Level 2 Qualification eg FA Level 2, RFU Level 2, ECB Level 2, Sports Qualification etc
Level 1 NGB will be considered if good experience
Up to date First Aid Qualification (can apply for you if you do not have currently)
Up to date Child Safeguarding (can apply for you if you do not have currently)
Clear DBS from the last 3 years (can apply for you if you do not have currently)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £22,000.00-£24,500.00 per year
