What will your day look like
6. Liaising with customers, insurers, suppliers, and colleagues across the country
7. Reviewing policies to correctly determine if a claim is covered and how to progress insurance claims
8. Ensuring the policyholder is kept informed on progress of their claim by composing informative letters and other written correspondence
9. Reviewing data to set up new claims, appointing contractors and updating claims on internal systems
10. Issuing payments to policyholders as well as arranging settlements and invoice payments where necessary
11. Ensuring claims are updated with any changes on the internal system
12. Ensuring compliance with our contractual and regulatory requirements
13. Contributing to team, division and wider business growth and development
