Job Description
Kennedy Recruitment is working exclusively with a large solicitors firm based in Belfast City Centre. They are seeking a process-driven administrator to join their team.
1. Responsibilities:
* Accurate Data Input: Perform extensive and precise data entry, ensuring all information is correctly entered into the firm's internal systems with high accuracy.
* Adherence to Protocols: Follow established procedures and protocols meticulously, ensuring compliance with data management policies and legal standards.
* Time Management: Effectively manage time to handle a large volume of data entry tasks.
* Opening New Litigation Files: Open new litigation files based on handwritten instructions from solicitors, requiring attention to detail to interpret and transcribe instructions accurately.
* Support and Assistance: Provide administrative support to solicitors and senior management, assisting with queries or additional tasks to ensure smooth operations.
1. Profile:
* Experience in administrative roles within a professional environment, preferably legal.
* Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively.
* High attention to detail for accuracy in all duties.
* Proficient in data entry software and legal case management systems (familiarity is an advantage).
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow written processes.

* £12.65 per hour

* Full-time, temporary role with potential for permanent employment based on performance
* Working hours: 09:00AM - 05:00PM, Monday to Friday
