We have launched our pilot at the University of Warwick and validated strong interest from vendors and users. The focus of this stage is now to actively drive sales and onboard partners, which is why we are expanding our core team.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Business & Partnerships Associate whose primary focus will be driving sales, onboarding partners and supporting growth, while also contributing to strategic initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving startup environment and wants hands‑on experience in business development, sales and fundraising exposure.
What You’ll Do
* Drive sales by engaging local businesses, leading outreach and onboarding new partners
* Support fundraising efforts through investor outreach and introductions
* Work closely with the founder on business planning, strategy and execution
About You
* Background or strong interest in business development, sales, marketing or entrepreneurship
* Excellent communicative skills and confidence engaging with business owners
* Comfortable crafting compelling outreach and presenting value propositions
* Familiarity with financial concepts such as P&L and basic modelling is advantageous
* Self‑driven, organized and able to work independently
