The Role
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well," and we rely on our specialist teams to achieve this. We are seeking Sales Assistants to join our Belfast store. The available contracts are for 4 & 8 hours per week, with some overtime possible. Candidates should be flexible to work weekends, with some weekday availability preferred. What you will be doing
As a Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service, maximize sales, and meet KPI targets. You will receive expert product and selling skills training to stay updated on store ranges and promotions. Collaborating with your team will enhance store efficiency and success. Your responsibilities include stock checks, replenishment, processing deliveries, and maintaining visual merchandising and store cleanliness in accordance with VM and Health & Safety guidelines.
What we are looking for
Experience in menswear retail is highly desirable. We value enthusiasm, drive, strong interpersonal, and communication skills.
