We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef Manager on a full‑time basis, working 5 days over 7, to join our kitchen team in Gravesend, delivering outstanding, nutritious, and appealing meals for our residents.
Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and oversee the production of all meals to the highest standards.
* Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
* Manage stock, orders, and budgets efficiently.
* Innovate menus that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
* Maintain high standards of presentation and portion control.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef Manager or Head Chef, ideally within care, hospitality, or senior living.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
* Passion for delivering excellent culinary experiences.
* Flexible and adaptable.
