We are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Managerto join a well-established and growing business based in West Hallam, Derbyshire. This is a key role within the organisation, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and providing essential support across the business.
The Role
* AsOffice Manager, you will oversee office operations and act as a central point of contact for staff, suppliers, and visitors. Responsibilities will include:
* Managing daily office administrationand procedures
* Coordinating facilities, supplies, and office services
* Supporting senior management with administrativetasks including operations and finance
* Producing various reports for management
* Working on any ongoing projects to improve the business during this time of growth
* Being a point of initial contract for visitors and customers
* Managing relationships with external suppliers and contractors
* Handling health & safetyand compliance-related administration
* Supporting basic financeadministration as required during busy times
* Helping finance withpayroll/payroll queries
