Location: Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, Kinsley Road, Ellesmere Port
Salary: From £30,000 - £33,000 per annum

About the role
As an Assistant Manager you will act as a brand ambassador; engaging with customers, drive sales and always #Playasoneteam.
Responsibilities
* You will support the Store Manager to inspire and coach the team
* Lead by example to deliver excellence.
* KPI driven and commercially aware of the business performance
* Follow the performance management process alongside HR processes
* Support with the smooth operational running of the store
