A highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join its Residential Property team in Bournemouth.

The Role
You will manage a broad and high-quality residential property caseload, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Complex and high-value transactions
* Advising high-net-worth individuals
You will also:
* Ensure compliance with SRA and CQS requirements
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Play an active role in business development and team growth
* Take on greater responsibility and autonomy at Senior Associate level
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ PQE
* Strong experience across residential conveyancing
* Experience working with high-value or complex transactions
* Excellent client care and communication skillsCommercially aware with an interest in business development
* Organised, proactive and confident managing your own caseload
