About the Role
We are looking for passionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) and Support Workers to join our agency pool in Peterborough. This role is ideal for those who value flexibility, consistency, and a supportive team. You’ll work across a range of care settings, providing person-centred care to vulnerable adults.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care, toileting, and dressing
* Promoting independence and dignity at all times
* Supporting with medication (if trained)
* Observing and reporting changes in condition
* Maintaining accurate care records
* Supporting in residential homes, supported living or domiciliary shifts
Essential Requirements
* Right to work in the UK
* At least 6 months of recent care experience
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
* PMVA/MAPA training (desirable for support roles)
* Great communication and teamwork skills
