Customer Service & Sales Admin Team Leader Northampton Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Up to £30,000 This is a hands-on role, leading a small team but also getting stuck into the day to day yourself, delivering an excellent end‑to‑end customer experience while providing strong operational and administrative support to the Sales team. You and your team will ensure customers receive clear communication, smooth onboarding, reliable service delivery, and effective issue resolution.
