Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a kitchen
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Creativity and passion for food
