HR Business Partner
9 month contract Inside IR35
London hybrid role
About the Role
Our client, a member of the UK's FTSE 100 group are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team on a 9-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will work closely with their Technology function, ensuring successful HR delivery and comprehensive HR support.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the key HR point of contact for line managers and colleagues, on a variety of people related topics and day-to- day HR support and advice.
* Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
* Coach and guide managers through key people processes including informal and formal employee relations issues (. absence management, performance concerns, conduct)
* Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend solutions
* Manage employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution support
* Provide proactive HR support and services, ensuring a strong colleague experience
* Facilitate performance management processes and talent development
* Collaborate with the HR COE's on a varied of people related items, such as: salary review & talent acquisition initiatives
* Oversee the effective delivery of cyclical HR activities, such as objective setting, employee engagement surveys, and our annual salary and bonus review
* Partner with HR Operations to resolve employee queries and oversee changes
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar role
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
* Experience working in a global role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
* CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification
* Knowledge of talent management and succession planning
* Previous experience in a similar, fast paced industry
