We are looking to hire a highly capable and motivated Sales Negotiator for our Tettenhall office, Peter is offering a great opportunity to join our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for managing buyer relationships, arranging and conducting property valuations, viewings, and negotiating sales. This role also involves working closely with Peter and the rest of the team to ensure a seamless client experience and excellent results.
Key responsibilities
* Manage daily interactions with buyers, attend valuations, arrange viewings, and negotiate offers
* Maintain accurate records on internal systems.
* Handle enquiries from various sources, including online, telephone and in-person
* Match buyers with properties using our CRM
* manage our social media
* Provide consistent and professional follow-up with buyers and vendors
What we're looking for
* Experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator, or a strong background in a customer-facing sales role (2 years)
* Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and close transactions
* Self-motivated, driven, able to work independently and target driven
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong knowledge of the local property market and awareness of current trends and local competition
