What the Fast-Track Programme Offers
* A structured 6-month leadership development pathway
* Hands-on experience in team coordination and supervision
* Fully funded training aligned with CQC Well-Led standards including CHAPS (Care Home Assistant Practitioner Skills) training.
* Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback
* A clear pathway into a Team Leader position, with appointment made as soon as a suitable vacancy becomes available upon programme completion
What We’re Looking ForYour Experience:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
* Experience working as a Care Assistant in Adult Social Care
* Strong understanding of person-centred care
