Now we need a fearless BDR who can cold call 50 businesses a day and love it.

What You'll Actually Do 📞Your Daily Reality (85% Outbound):
* Make 40-50 cold calls daily to businesses needing SEO
* Send personalized LinkedIn messages that get responses
* Email outreach that doesn't sound like spam
* Build lists of perfect-fit prospects
* Follow up relentlessly (in a charming way)
* Turn "not interested" into "tell me more"
The Rest (15%):
* Handle warm inbound leads (the easy wins)
* Book discovery calls for the team
* Present initial SEO audits
* Update the CRM religiously
