About You
* Previous experience working with children and young people with SEND
* An empathetic and patient individual with a passion for supporting student’s learning and development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to provide tailored support and implement behaviour plans
* The ability to work independently and effectively in a team
* Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to obtain one)
