What You’ll Be Doing
* Assistance in the production of timely and accurate financial reports
* Balance Sheet reconciliations and month end controls
* KPI reporting
* Assisting with the transition to a new accounting platform
* Sales/Purchase ledger processing and entries
* New customer and supplier set up
* Supplier payment runs
* Credit control and Direct Debit collection administration
* Bank and credit card reconciliations
* Supporting purchase order processing and internal approvals
* Administrative support within finance team and to the Directors
* Implementation of new processes
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or with extensive vocational experience
* Commercial awareness with a detail oriented analytical eye for business performance
* Sales ledger, purchase ledger and credit control experience
* Strong IT skills, especially Excel and reporting systems
* High organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask
* Good communication skills and desire to work within a thriving team
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: Monday -Friday 08:30 – 17:00 (40 hours per week)
Reporting to: The Finance Manager
Holiday: Pro Rata 28 days per year (including Bank Holidays) plus enhanced benefit for long-service.
