Requirements:
* Hold a qualification at level 6 (or above) in a relevant discipline PLUS at least three years experience supporting programmes/projects
* English GCSE (Grade C or above) OR Equivalent and Maths GCSE (Grade C or above) OR Equivalent
* Experience of establishing processes that support the successful delivery of a programme / project
* Previous proven experience of coordination of key projects
* Excellent communication with key stakeholders of all levels is key for this role
* Candidates with experience in social media marketing, promotion of programmes, and networking at events (in person and online) would be highly desirable
Responsibilities:
* Manage processes that support the successful delivery of a range of programmes, ensuring that the College meets all requirements regarding programme delivery activities including compliance, finance claims, project management, and evaluation.
* Work in partnership to deliver digital upskilling in community settings.
* Collaborate with the centre manager and college marketing team to design and deliver a marketing plan that promotes business engagement and recruitment onto programmes and events.
* Organise and coordinate programme activities including engagement with potential partners.
* Manage procurement and payment for resources required for delivery of programmes and activities, ensuring procurement aligns with college policies.
